• Your details: name, email or phone number, and a password that is stored only as a secure hash. Guardian contact details, if you give them.
• Learning records: the courses you join, your progress, exam answers and results, and attendance.
• Payments: invoices and payment status. Card and wallet details are handled by the payment provider.
• Sign-in security: the devices you sign in from, so your account can be kept to your own devices.
• What you write: questions you ask us and posts in discussions.

To run your courses and exams, show your progress, collect fees and send receipts, send notices about classes, dues and results, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your data.

Our staff, each only as far as their role needs. The company that hosts our learning portal stores and processes the data for us and follows our instructions. Payment, email and SMS providers get only what they need to do their part. If you make your profile public, other MIOs can see it.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language, and your browser stores display preferences such as dark mode. We use no advertising cookies.

You can see and correct your details in your profile. To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, ask us through Support in your account or through the contact page.
