Delete your account

Anyone with an account at Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited can ask: MIOs, parents or guardians for their child, and staff. To keep your account safe, we confirm the request with you on the phone number or email on the account before anything is deleted.

• The form below: send your name and the phone number or email on your account.
• Your account: sign in and write to us through Support.
• The contact page: send us a message there.

We confirm the request with you, delete the account and tell you when it is done.

• Your account: sign-in details, password and the devices you signed in from.
• Your profile: name, photo, contact details and guardian details.
• Your learning: the courses you joined, your progress, exam answers and results, attendance and certificates.
• What you wrote: messages, questions and discussion posts.
• Your settings: preferences and notifications.

• Payment records: if you paid Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited, invoices and receipts are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax, then deleted. They hold the name, the amount and the date, nothing about your learning.
• Statistics: totals and averages that no longer identify you, such as how many MIOs passed an exam.
• Security logs and backups: kept for up to 90 days to protect accounts and to recover from faults, then deleted.

We confirm your request within 7 days and finish the deletion within 30 days of confirming it. A deleted account cannot be restored: to learn with Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited again, you sign up with a new account.

You can keep your account and ask us to delete only some data, for example your photo, a phone number, your messages or a guardian’s details. Write what you want deleted in the note on the form. You can also change or remove most details yourself in your profile.
